Install the ink cassette included with the optionally

available color print paper sheet set.

OPEN CASSETTE DOOR

Pull the door in the direction indicated by the

arrow to open it.

TAKE UP SLACK

Remove the shipping material which locks the

rollers.

Turn the roller on the side with the

mark

in the direction of the arrow.

Do not turn the part marked with

A

.

INSTALL INK CASSETTE

Insert the ink cassette with the mark

toward the left, on the end going into the

printer. The mark points toward the power

lamp. Push it until you hear a click.

CLOSE CASSETTE DOOR

The door clicks when it is fully closed.

When removing ink cassette

Push up the lock lever.

The ink cassette is unlocked and can be removed.

CAUTION

Do not stick your fingers into the ink cassette

storage space. You may be burned or injured.
